Brandywine Design charges an hourly fee for all design work. After the initial meeting where the project is outlined, clients receive a very detailed proposal indicating the services to be performed and a total amount of time required to do so. Clients then have the option to add or remove any services/items. A signed contract and a deposit for half of the design fees are required prior to starting job. Brandywine Design is a full scale interior design firm. We provide services from as small as paint color consultations and space plans, to furniture selections and lighting/electrical plans, to as much as working in conjunction to builders and architects at the very early phases of home/office design. We are very flexible in the way that we work; we have very reputable and trustworthy craftsmen that we work with, or we can cooridinate with the contractor of the clients choice.
