ASID Educator Design Excellence Competition
ABOUT THIS COMPETITION
ASID is proud to announce an annual peer reviewed and juried nationaldesign competition recognizing interior design excellence in both residential and commercial design projects completed by ASID Educator members. ASID recognizes the significant contribution of educators in interior design and this competition will award interior design work at a national level including those individuals in the tenure and promotion process who need venues to have their work reviewed by a jury of distinguished ASID members invited by ASID Headquarters to participate in the ASID Educator Design Excellence Competition Juried Review.
This competition is open exclusively to ASID educator members who must have at least a 50-percent teaching appointment in the U.S. when the work on projects for submitted competition entries is completed. Three commercial projects and three residential projects will be awarded for the 2010 competition. Winners will be announced at the ASID conference at NeoCon, the annual IDEC conference, and will be published in ASID ICON Magazine.
