CONCEPT
The ASID Outstanding Student Chapter of the Year award recognizes a single ASID student chapter that has provided exceptional service to its student members, professional associates and community.
ELIGIBILITY
A student chapter strategic plan must be submitted for the 2011 – 2012 academic year as well as all student chapter events included in the submission occurring within this timeframe.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Applications must be received by May 1, 2012. Late applications will not be considered.
- Email to ASID headquarters futureofdesign@asid.org. Emailed applications must be submitted in PDF format only.
- You may also mail submissions to: ASID Student and Emerging Professional Programs Department, 608 Massachusetts Avenue, NE, Washington, DC 20002. Mailed entries are to be submitted as 8.5" x 11" documents in a bound portfolio.

JUDGING
The chair of the ASID Student Advisory Council will notify, in writing, the award recipient no later than July 2, 2012.
