Fee Structures

The Initial Interview is free of charge and generally lasts one hour. AYI & Associates provides a client questionnaire to help identify the scope and scale of the requested services. Design Fees are $150 hourly and Purchasing Fees are trade cost plus 20% of all fixtures, furniture and equipment. Project Agreement Terms are determined per project based on client needs and scope of the project. An Agreement Letter is provided to the client outlining the project goals, services, fees and contractual obligations. Once the Agreement Letter is signed by both parties, design services commence.
