Fee Structures
Through the years, new Clients often confide to me: we love the look that you created for our friends, but we are not sure we can afford you! I encourage them to really inquire from these same friends, just what their response to this question is? Without exception, all my Clients have the same response: "You never charge me enough!(or) Bayne, you are worth so much more than you charge us for!" I have always charged $75./hr.for direct Consultation, $50./hr for Supervision with sub-contractors, and $35./hr for Shopping & Research done without the Client! Because of 36yrs.of Interior Design Experience, problems seldom occur and if they do,solutions are available instantly.Decorating should be a joyful adventure, often revealing unexpected, and delightful surprises, but always producing personally- gratifying results! Design Gallery
Transitional Library
This project features a cozy Library, full of not only the owner's treasured books, but some of their favorite Collectables & Art they enjoy daily. Bold colors reflect the owner's current tastes, while Furniture combines a marriage of their Traditional collection to today's Contemporary Art & Sculpture. / Transitional Library
Mood-setting Backgrounds
Anyone visiting this intimate restaurant is transported to the Loire Valley of France, where 17th Century Chateaux can be found spread across crackeled wall murals! Old World Iron Chandeliers add enchantment, as they hang from antique beams above the diners..."Stone" Crown mouldings suround this fine Dining Room, while carved Corbels enhance arched Portal openings! / Mood-setting Backgrounds
Specialty Lighting
Specialty Lighting can alter the atmosphere of any space, drawing attention to the areas we choose, while blending less important features into the backgrounds! In this Romantic setting, dramatic effects are created by the accent lighting of hand-carved wall Fragments from another Era, while softly illuminating a hand-blown glass collection! / Specialty Lighting
Country French Ambience
Large scale Accessories were chosen to present the most dramatic statement in this Dining Room. Low Voltage lighting was introduced to enhance these Decorative Treasures, while keeping table settings simple, but very well-illuminated! Chandeliers utilize the newest techinology, by boasting moving-flame Electrical candles. / Country French Ambience
Transitional Family Room
This warm & comfortable Family Room features Client's personal Collection of hand-blown Murano glass. Special accent lighting was planed into a custom Entertainment/Display Cabinet, and makes a subtle Halo of illumination surrounding the TV screen! Our Clients enjoy full-bodied background Colors, so careful consideration was given to a faux-finish wall treatment, which would provide the desired effect! / Transitional Family Room
