About

Bette Raburn, ASID, as the principle designer, has a diverse, broad-based academic background and management experience, which makes her a uniquely qualified Interior Designer. Her credentials include a BSA in Finance & Economics from the University of Michigan; a MBA from Wayne State University; as well as a BFA in Interior Design from American Intercontinental University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Prior to starting her own company, Bette apprenticed with one of Atlanta’s premier kitchen and bath design firms, where she learned the technical, functional and aesthetic side of cabinetry design and the importance of the construction and installation process. She also had the opportunity to work with Corporate Design International, a prestigious commercial & residential architectural design firm. After graduation Bette joined Dekor and was promoted to Senior Manager of Kitchen and Bath Showroom Design for the company’s 4 locations. Bette is NCIDQ Board Certified and a former member of the Board of Directors for the Georgia Chapter ASID. Bette is President Elect 2008 for ASID Atlanta chapter. She is also a member of NKBA, SEN Design Buying Group, NARI, ADN, IFDA and CBUSA. Bette's work has been published in a variety of Signature Kitchen and Bath Magazines and in TRENDS premier Atlanta publication. Her work has also been featured on HGTV Network and in numerous show houses.

Our firm specializes in a variety of services, including space planning and remodeling, with an emphasis on kitchen and bath design. As a member of SEN, a national buying group, we are able to offer complete product packages at value price points, including items such as cabinetry, plumbing, and appliances to furniture and fabric. We make it fun and efficient by assisting with selection, ordering and delivery, all conducted at our beautiful showroom. Our team of certified and degreed designers work as your liason with contractors and installers to ensure your project is completed to your satisfaction.

Fee Structures

The initial consultation is a flat fee and is due at the time of service. This first site visit will include an extensive interview with the client, a budget estimate, time-line planning, and field measurements. Depending on the size of the project 2-6 hours should be planned for the consultation. A retainer fee, based on the size of the project, is due upon signing the Letter of Intent. The retainer will be applied to the final bill. Hourly design fees vary from $125-$250 per hour, based on the project team, and will be billed based on hours performed.
