Fee Structures

Initial Consultation no charge within 200 miles of 95062. Design Fee will be quoted and Retainer/Fee Schedule will be mailed after Site Meeting and Design Scope review. Client and site meetings with the Architect and/or Contractors and others; Project Management and Instsallations, Administration Fee is Billed hourly. Sale Proposals are mailed for Client's Review, signature and payment in full; Purchase Order are produced and mailed to Vendors; Frt/Del Invoiced before Delivery.
