My goal as an interior designer is to create harmonious spaces that reflect my client's lifestyle and personality. I approach every decision on a project with the intent to design a space that is classic, functional and respectful to the environment. I want my clients to feel a sense of well being and harmony when they enter their home. CR Interior Design contracts primarily residential renovation and new construction projects. Depending on the needs on my clients, I work collaboratively with a builder and architect to create a team approach to a project. This has been very successful, especially for clients that live out of town. Communication is one of the most critical factors on a project. Understanding client's preferences with regards to materials, lifestyle and special needs and providing professional services with respect to budgets and timelines are essential for creating a successful project. Projects can be contracted from concept to installation. Fee Structures

Contracts are customized for client's project and scope of services.I have found a design fee based on the scope of services and percentage of the procurement of merchandise has been most comfortable for both the client and myself. Initial consultations are comlimentary to determine compatibility of the designer/client relationship and to review scope of the project.
