Functional comfort is what this living room is about. Soft, transitional seating is complimented by natural stone top tables. Brown with blue accents give the family a place to relax. Large two story windows frame a garden view while warm hardwoods ground the room and every element in it. / Lake House Living Room
Everyday modern family use was the concept behind this design. A neutral pallet makes for a calming and soothing space. The open plan lends itself to a unifying feeling while remaining functional. Durable oil rubbed bronze hardware compliments black appliances throughout. To create a continuous look throughout the home, green accent colors were continued on the limited wall space. / Lake House Kitchen
Condo Kitchen was designed as the centerpiece for this urban home. Modern finishes and neutral colors were used to blend a continuous feel into the condo's interior. The functionality of this space is as essential as form. Efficient storage and counter space solutions help to return an excellent tool for entertaining. To add to the open appeal the owner desired, a wall was removed and the dropped ceiling was raised. / Galleria Condo Kitchen
This design called for minimal furniture and a neutral color pallet. The warm grey and soft blue was the perfect backdrop for a good night sleep. Solid textiles were used so the space felt open for such a space limited room. The mahogany headboard paired with the ebony dresser and bookshelves(that also double as nightstands) create some interest with their different wood tones and much needed storage. / Factory Loft Bedroom
This design called for minimal furniture and a neutral color pallet with red as an accent. A small loft comprised of one room means it needed to serve a few functions. We divided the area into three sections- home office, dining and living. By using neutral shades of gray, we created a cohesive look throughout. Few textiles were needed to complete the space. To help create a warm and welcoming feel we used various patterns and textures on the sofa and soft accessories. / Factory Loft
