Our comfortable home in Downtown Seattle
A colleague of ours convinced Beth and me to submit this image to a call-for-entry on TV. Sure enough we got a call from a show called "Small Space Big Style" who filmed us in our home. Small spaces require flexible furniture. The sofa and chaise both convert to accommodate good conversation, movie viewing or napping. We commissioned renowned Seattle artist, Michael Schultheis, to prepare the work you see here, called "Expansion Fractions", above the sofa by Ligne Roset. The walls are a soft butter-lemon yellow by C2 called "bees knees". / Our comfortable home in Downtown Seattle
