Very clean and breezy. With the waters of Newport Back Bay just outside, the client wanted to continue the peacefulness of the surroundings but tantalize the human senses with style, color and texture. A very exciting design, yet relaxing and inviting in it's delivery to all those who enter the room. / Living Room - Dover Shores, Newport Beach, California
Let's have everyone over. That was the direction for this room. Entertaining is the key to this client's way of life. We brought in color and fun for the entertaining. Flat screen for theatre, fireplace for ambience, controlled lighting for all activities, separate areas for conversations and gaming. But don't forget the view! Doors open the space to take in the wonderful view of Newport Harbor from the entry to the Balboa Pavilion. Watch for your invitation. / Great Room - Irvine Terrace, Corona Del Mar, California
Sumptuous, enjoy your favorite movie surrounded by exotic woods, Lalique crystal, vintage deco furniture, silks and of course original photographs of Hollywood's glamorous stars. Enter through a carved glass door and sit in the velvet swivel chairs, or relax on the leather sofas. Then in case you forget, you did come into the room to watch a movie. / Media Room - Pelican Crest, Newport Coast, California
This residence showcases the Client's Art collection. The spaces are dramatic yet do not distract from the artwork. Thay have to be dramatic to substatiate the drama of the art itself. Although contemporary, it is not cold. The invitation to come into this home, is a treat, and once there, warmth and excitement keep you content. / Newport Coast Contemporary
Relax and read the paper, hop on the internet, have a cup of coffee, here is the place. Use of a mobile instead of a light fixture set the tone of art in motion for the space. This also transforms into a wonderful space in the evening. The recessed lighting dances on the art and the stainless steel table. Positively not understated. / Newport Coast Contemporary
