The homeowners purchased this house knowing that every room in this 80's house would need to be remodeled. We started in the kitchen. A typical "U" shaped kitchen with dark cabinets and a double oven incased in floor to ceiling bricks was truly an eye sore, so we went to work.
We turned a window into double French doors opening up the kitchen to the swimming pool courtyard. Removed all the bricks, raised the ceiling, added an island sink and included rustic hand crafted custom cabinets.

It's always so much for to remodel a whole house, but with todays economy making it difficult people are still finding ways to make the living experience more pleasurable.

A galley kitchen for sure, but we made the most out of it, by removing a wall and adding a walk-in pantry and hidden washer/dryer behind cabinet doors on the back wall.

This kitchen was once a small cramped two person kitchen with barely enough room to move around. By deleting the living room and opening up the wall between the dining room and kitchen we were able to turn this space into not only a beautiful kitchen but a highly functional one too.
We also added a small sports bar with a view of the Bay, a large laundry room with exterior access, an walk-in pantry, espresso/coffee station, 19 linear feet of usable island counter top and a stunning two story remodeling fireplace done in rustic Tuscany stones.

The wall was bumped out 5' to create a grand master bathroom. A large walk-in closet was part of the grand scheme. It was only natural to give each of these homeowners their own space, after 29 years of marriage, they deserved it.
