About

Cecilia Redmond received her training in Interior Design in Dublin, Ireland and London, UK where she won national awards in kitchen design. She holds a HND in Interior Architecture & Design and has been designing for almost 20 years. Through her experience working on projects in London, Switzerland, The Netherlands and Germany she has gained a wealth of design knowledge and expertise. For the past 10 years Cecilia has worked in Northern New England on projects throughout the region as well as further afield in Wyoming & Idaho. These projects range from single family homes to hotels, spas and University campuses. Cecilia is equally at home working as part of an architectural team or consulting directly with homeowners on smaller renovation projects. She always strives to express the clients style and personality through the spaces she creates.

Fee Structures

Residential projects are billed at an hourly rate while most commercial and hospitality projects require a fixed fee which is negotiated after the initial scope review. Some hourly clients request a monthly cap on design fees and we are happy to work within such limits, letting the client know when the limit is being approached. This can give clients a greater sense of control of the design budget.
