Joel Polsky Academic Achievement Award Application



The Joel Polsky Academic Achievement Award recognizes an outstanding undergraduate or graduate student’s interior design research or thesis project.

Dear Applicant,

There are four parts to this application. In order to complete part two, you will need to submit an abstract or description of your research paper, thesis or dissertation (max. 250 words). In part four, you will need to submit a brief biographical statement (max. 100 words). It is highly recommended that you prepare these pieces in advance, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate text box in the application form. You must provide all the necessary identifying information in order to submit your application.
