Commercial Experience: · Complete architectural design coordination of new commercial centers; · Office remodels, TI remodels, space planning, and systems furniture layout; · Applying building and planning codes to prepare Conditional Use Plans, Design Reviews, and Construction Documents; · Preparing Contract Documents, and Coordination with Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers; · Coordinating regulatory applications, processing, and permitting; · Familiarity with both California Building Codes and International Building Code; · Project coordination between Owner and Contractor on-site, via phone, fax, and email; · Continually involved in ADA compliance since its first adoption.
