Our portfolio includes five-star hotels and resorts, spas, country clubs, residential developments, condominium public spaces, and distinguished private residences across the United States and in countries as diverse as Mexico, The Bahamas, Japan, Indonesia,Cyprus, and Saudi Arabia. Our professional staff is well-versed in knowledge of historical design precedents, which we apply to elegant design solutions geared to contemporary living. Avoiding trendiness in our design approaches, we search for timeless quality and refinement of detail. We design complete environments, from initial space planning to final detail. We do not have a signature style, preferring instead to tailor our designs to each client, resulting in diverse solutions unique to each assignment, representative of our clients' programs and preferences. Sustainability is a priority in our design approaches, and we are well versed in the criteria required for LEED (Leadership in Energy Efficient Design) certification as administered by the USGBC. We recently completed design and construction of the first LEED Platinum (the highest level of certification) certified building in Ventura County, California.
