There is no charge for the initial consultation. This time is for getting to know each other and become familiar with the project. I believe no job is too small; therefore, fees are based on the size and scope of the project. This may range from an hourly fee, to a percentage above costs, to a flat fee for the entire project. We will work together to fit your needs.
