Dorette is originally from Germany and lived in Canada before coming to the U.S. In her former career she worked as a news writer and translator. Blessed with early retirement, she went back to college and earned a degree in interior design to finally pursue a life-long hobby as a profession.

Fee Structures

$75 are charged for an initial consultation visit. This amount will be reimbursed, once a Letter of Agreement is signed which, in general, states a client's budget and a designer fee of 10% of total cost, excl. S/H and taxes, plus incurring other expenses. Clients take advantage of discounts to the trade only. All this may vary, depending on the size of a project.
