About
Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and also studied at New Jersey Institute of Technology. The State of New Jersey requires maintenance of continuing education credits for both Architecural and Certified Interior Designer licenses. The U.S. Green Building Council will also require continuing education credits.
Services Offered
Elizabeth Drake, an Architect and a Certified Interior Designer in New Jersey, specializes in commercial interior design and has obtained LEED Accredited Professional credentials. Many years of practice has lead to experience in the banking industry, corporate interiors, food service facilities, healthcare/fitness, industrial, laboratory, church, educational, warehouse, municipal, and residential projects. Our apprach to design is well thought out, functional, appropriate, moderate in cost, and usually warmly colorful and textural.

Fee Structures
We prefer to charge for our time on a hourly basis feeling that it is most equitable to all parties. However, if the scope of the work can be sufficiently defined, and we have experience with the client and type of project, we will work on a fixed fee basis. In addition to a 50% deposit, we charge an additional 20% for all pruchases made by our office. Normally, we do not charge for a one hour initial meeting. We ask for a signed letter of agreement and a deposit prior to starting the work.
