Fee Structures
Frequently I determine the method of compensation after the initial consultation, for which I do charge for my time. The initial consultation usually lasts 60 - 90 minutes and often results in design suggestions for the client. For most tasks, I am compensated on an hourly basis, paying careful attention to the client's priorities, which we define together at the onset. I detail how my time is spent on my invoices so the client clearly understands what I have accomplished and what work remains. I encourage continual dialogue to ensure that my invoicing is clearly understood.

Master Bedroom
Part of a large addition to a home sited on a horse farm, the master bedroom features a serene color scheme of gold, brown and pale blues, rich silk and cotton blend fabrics and accents of mahogany framed furniture. The draperies, wallcoverings and cultured stone fireplace all contribute to a lush, relazing bedroom that looks out over the rolling hills. / Master Bedroom
Master Bathroom
This master bathroom features rainforest brown granite counters, dark cherry cabinets with a custom wood inlaid design on the cabinet doors. Tall storage towers feature a small television, limestone tile flooring over radiant floor heating and a luxurious shower with a built in bench. / Master Bathroom
"Before" of a 1960's kitchen (renovation project)
The 8'-0" windowless kitchen dated to the 1960's. The homeowners asked to create a new kitchen that was open to a family room where the entrier family could relax and connect. Partnering with an architect, we designed an a family room addition that combined both spaces. / "Before" of a 1960's kitchen (renovation project)
"After" photograph of new galley kitchen
The design resulted in an addition to the home that included a galley kitchen, complete with double ovens, warming drawer, trash compactor and a built-in banquette for casual dining. Anigre wood cabinets in a high gloss polyester finish coordinated with the brown patterned granite along the back wall is complemented by black marble tile and satin nickel hardware.
