Thomasine Johnson, Allied Member ASID

Principal, En’terior Designs

Thomasine Johnson, Allied Member ASID, is the principal owner of En’terior Designs, a full service design firm specializing in residential, commercial and community development. She decided to follow her life long passion of becoming an interior designer after retiring from a successful career in corporate America. With that in mind, she decided to go back to college to obtain a degree in Interior Design and also earned a Master’s Degree in Community Development from Prairie View A & M University School of Architecture. Thomasine believes that good design creates places that engage people and people engage communities. Thomasine is the current chairman of the Community Involvement Community Involvement Committee with the Texas Gulf Coast Chapter of ASID where she works as a liaison with Habitat for Humanity and other non-profit organizations to help make a community a better and safer place to live.

Johnson recognized the importance of obtaining design expertise whether you are decorating your space with exciting new furnishings or re-creating a dramatic environment with your existing treasures.  With this in mind, she combined her business administration degree, wand many years of corporate experience with her professional design certifications and ongoing study in the field of interior design to create En’terior Designs. Thomasine Johnson is a member of Interior Arrangement and Design Association, American Society of Interior Designers, Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, American Business Women Association (SWAPEN) and Interior Design Society.
