Services Offered
Burlingame Interiors is a full service interior design firm offering each client the choice of services they need for their particular project. We offer simple consultations, space planning and analysis of client needs both commercial and residential. We can collaborate with the client's architect or contractor to design and implement a project as well as provide complete design, selection, coordination and specification of materials and furnishings for any type of interior. We are very committed to meeting the clients objectives and correctly interpreting their needs and wishes. Additionally Burlingame Interiors offers a complete purchase and installation service to our clients. Before starting a project, we interview clients to determine the extent of the job, realistic objectives, and compatibility. A letter of intent which describes the services to be provided, the fee rate, and the purchase option is prepared and submitted to the client. A retainer is requested which is credited against monthly fee billings. Following acceptance, design possibilities are presented to clients as needed at meetings to confirm design direction and function. Client participation in the process is very important if we are to achieve their objectives. A final complete design presentation is prepared for client approval. The presentation includes all drawings, samples, photographs, sketches, details etc. necessary for the client to fully understand the design solution as well an itemized cost proposal.
