Fee Structures

Renaissance Design charges an hourly fee plus expenses for commercial clients and an hourly fee, expenses and 15% management fee, for all items purchased, for residential clients. Should a client ask for a fixed fee the fee is based on a percentage of the total amount of the project. Should a client request a consultation fee, the fee is $500.00 for 1 1/2 hours.
