I am a NC native and graduated first from St. Mary's College in Raleigh. In 1976 I received a B.F.A. in Art from the University of Georgia and have worked as a designer ever since, first in suburban Philadelphia, then in Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra, FL for 27 years & now in coastal NC. I have also been an adjunct interior design professor & a professional ASID member since 1994.

Services Offered

After working as a designer for over 30 years, I believe the most important service I can perform is to help the client figure out what they truly want and to achieve their desired end result. My job is to guide them on their way, give imput based on my education and experience, provide resources that they may not have access to, and hopefully prevent costly mistakes and make the process more enjoyable.

Fee Structures

I charge based on the client's needs. If you just need consultation, drawings, etc. I normally charge $75.00 an hour. If you need products- furniture, window treatments & such, my fee is usually included in the overall price. Some jobs, especially in new construction, require a combination of the two. We can discuss your situation when I meet with you. I also do 1/2 day & full day consultations for a set fee.
