Fees Boxwood LLC can work with clients on either an Hourly Consultation basis or a Project Design Fee ( First Consultation is Free ). 1.A On the hourly consultation basis we will work with the clients to develop a design plan, that may include floor plans, furniture layout,, lighting and accessorizing, and bill by the hour. That fee is $125 ( $135 as of 1/1/2009). 1.B With the Project Design Fee , a fixed fee is agreed upon project, e.g. Living Room Design Fee - $1,000 that includes all of the above as well as supervision of the project. 2. Purchasing is the same for both A and B. When purchases are negotiated on behalf of the client billing is as follows: Furniture, Fabric and Accessories = Net to the trade plus 30% Rugs, fabrications ( curtains , pillows, bedding)= Net to the trade plus 20%
