In late 2006 Jordan Guide successfully passed the NCIDQ exam and was registered with the State of Illinois in 2007. In late 2007, Jordan’s first independent project gained her immediate recognition from ASID, earning a first place Design Excellence Award in the Universal Design category, for her design of an ADA specialty kitchen. Jordan has also received the title “Rising Star” in i4Design Magazines Suite Sixteen Issue in 2008, was interviewed by Karen Meyer for ABC 7 news and was most recently featured as "One to Watch" in the Chicago Tribune Magazine in June '09. Other notable projects include: Marlboro VIP Room Campaign, Europe, Carnivore Steak House, Milwaukee, WI. and Bri’Zan Couture, Naperville, IL. She has currently completed work on the offices for Beta Investment Group in Chicago, IL and for 120 Piano Bar in Lake Point Tower. Jordan sits as an advisory board member for College of DuPage, and serves as an active continuing education advocate and interior design spokeswoman to design students. She holds a Professional membership with ASID. Jordan recently launched www.WALLTAT.com, an online store featuring the latest in wall décor. WALLTAT sells removable wall decals created by artists from around the globe and they also specialize in custom creations for commercial non-commercial client alike. Her own collection of wall decals is expected in the summer of 2012.
