Services Offered

Design is our passion! We have been designing in Colorado and California for 18 years. We love all styles, from contemporary to Arts and Crafts to Asian and beyond. We love to start at the beginning, with the homeowners, builders, architect, to design the space that best suits the needs of the client, while keeping in mind the flavor of the locale, and serving the specific needs of the client regarding accessibility, lifestyle, budget, etc. Our particular areas of expertise are accessibility/universal design, and historical restoration. We primarily do Residential design, though we have worked on school projects, as well as nightclubs and commercial office space.

Fee Structures

We will charge an hourly fee, if the scope of work is too nebulous to define. We charge 20%-30% over our cost for materials and furnishings. If the scope of work can be defined, i.e. new construction, etc., then we charge a project fee, based generally on a dollar amount psf. All of this will be determined at the first client/designer meeting.
