Kelly is an Allied member of ASID as well as a graduate of the Residential Interiors Program at the Art Institute of Atlanta. She also has a B.A. in International Studies and Speech Communications from the University of Richmond. Kelly owned her own interior design business for 4 years before partnering up with another experienced designer, Joann Kandrac. Together, they have joined forces and talents to accomodate a busy business based solely on a tremendous amount of positive referrals. Kandrac & Kole Interior Designs, Inc. is a full service design firm based in Atlanta, GA and was founded by Kelly Kole and Joann Kandrac in 2005. Flexible design services include consultations, color and surface selections for new construction and renovations, custom furniture, window treatments, and bedding, space planning and unique accessorizing. Kandrac & Kole has partnered with expert tradespeople to accomodate the variety of requests received from their clients such as faux artistry, historic hardwood floors or one of a kind window treatment designs.

Fee Structures

Kandrac & Kole Interior Designs welcomes all new clients regardless of the project need. There is an initial consultation charge (this varies depending on location of client and nature of project) as well as an hourly design fee. All clients are provided with a very detailed contract explaining how services and charges work, so there is never any unanswered questions or surprises.
