Drink Room
An unused sunroom was converted into a place just for the adults. A contemporary freestanding Fireplace was added for ambience and warmth. Track lighting and a sculptural fan continue the layers of lighting and interest. The monochromatic color palette with bold modern patterns creates the drama needed for the ultimate party. New furniture including a custom settee adds necessary seating for a crowd. The wet bar features maple cabinetry, tile backsplash, a wine refrigerator, glass storage and sink to serve that perfect glass of wine. / Drink Room
Lower Level Remodel
This lower level showcases a full-scale bar and adjacent wine bar that are the starting point for the ultimate in entertaining. The bar features custom alder cabinets with a two tone finish, refrigerator drawers, ice maker, dishwasher and two flat screen TV's. It's defined by a curved soffit and a butternut wood ceiling. The wine bar's main focal point is a small archtop gas fireplace with stone surround and a custom tasting table with a clear cylindrical pedestal base for wine corks. A unique pendant hangs above the tasting table and the flooring of course cork to define the area. With a wine refrigerator, glass racks and ample cubbies for wine storage it becomes a separate entertaining space. The rest of the lower level consists of a poker area, sitting room, pool table and media space all defined by flooring transitions and paint colors. / Lower Level Remodel
Living/Dining Room
The remodel of the space was all about location! An open floor typically divided as a Living Room and Dining Room was given a “spatial” facelift by dividing it into two separate living spaces. The two areas could be either divided or combined with the use of a small table that does double duty as a dining table or a sofa table. This allowed for the creation of a TV Viewing area and a small sitting area that fit the lifestyle of the clients much better. The black and white color scheme, bold use of patterns and the blue wall color create a hip and fun space for casual entertaining. / Living/Dining Room
Condo Remodel
The owners of this condo needed to completely redo the entire space which was still in it original 1970’s state. A modern, clean sophisticated feel was the result. This picture showcases the remodeled kitchen with it’s small footprint the need for storage was important but so was the need to not overwhelm. The result was open shelves that allow for storage while not overpowering the main work area. The majority of the storage is located in two pantry units by the refrigerator. A shallow depth counter with extra storage was added to create a secondary prep surface so that two people could function at the same time. Dark wood floors are contrasted by the white cabinetry. The counter to ceiling backsplash creates a grand sense of space along the back wall. / Condo Remodel
Master Bath
Our client requested a complete Master Bath Remodel - the Bathroom was demolished down to the studs and subfloor. The only entity that remained was the exposed wood and beam ceiling. The space took on new form when a large built-in whirlpool tub was removed and a free standing claw foot tub took its place. The Bathroom evolved into an urban yet rustic design with terracotta floor tile, colored glass chandelier, custom wall tile in a bead board pattern, integral concrete bowl/vanity, oil rubbed bronze fixtures and custom painted cabinets with a mocha glaze. / Master Bath
