About

Los Angeles based designer named one of 2011's Boutique 18, Boutique Design magazine's annual roster of up-and-coming interior designers. With over 8 years of experience in hospitality and residential design, many of which were for internationally renowned HBA/Hirsch Bedner & Associates, and extensive international travel for design, Kelly brings a unique and diverse perspective to every project. She believes a good designer can design in any style because in the end it is all about the client. The design process is an artful marrying of the client's needs with her knowledge and style so that each project is completely personalized and custom. Kelly's originally a South Louisiana native and her down to earth attitude and genuine character go along way on the job site. Kelly recently launched blog and decor brand SuttonHouse and became one of the talented stylemakers on Project Decor. Awards

Kelly was chosen as one of 2011's Boutique 18, Boutique Design magazine's annual roster of up-and-coming Interior Designer's. Kelly also was chosen as a Design Finalist for her design submission, "Calcified", for the 2011 Boutique Design New York Trend Walk curated by Stacy Garcia. Kelly Sutton's & Jessica Rae Sommer's design for the non-profit event DIFFA Dining By Design which raises money for AIDS research was featured in publications like the New York Times & Architectural Digest. She is also a certified California Interior Designer (CCIDC), a National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certificate holder, and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

Fee Structures

Kelly's fee structures are flexible and she is willing to work with you on what works best with your project needs whether it's an hourly fee or a flat fee agreed upon at the project start and paid over the course of the project phases.
