As far as my interior design background, I opened Labris Designs in 2009. In December 2007, I graduated from West Valley College with an Associate's of Science Degree in Interior Design and a 3 year FIDER Accredited and Advanced Certificate in Interior Design. I interned in summer 2006 with Lydia Corser of EcoInteriors and Greenspace. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1998 from the University of California, Santa Cruz. In December 2008, I passed the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) exam for New Construction and Major Renovations and earned the title of LEED AP. I am a member of several professional organizations: Monterey Bay Branch of the USBGC steering committee member Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Allied Member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA)
