Fee Structures

Your initial consultation is charged at an hourly rate. At that meeting the scope of your project including your style preferences, budget, color scheme, lighting and priorities will be examined. Contracts are based on either a set design fee per room, or an hourly rate for design and research time. Purchases are based on a wholesale plus 30% mark-up. Linda can serve as a project manager, hiring and scheduling proven workpeople to complete your project in a well crafted, cost effective and timely manner. Hourly consultations are also available for home staging, color coordination, lighting, and furniture placement.
