Our team-based approach creates a design solution that uniquely responds to the client's objectives and functionality. Metzger/Metzger Associates, established in 1986, is a full service design firm specializing in interior design, facilities planning and project management. We are dedicated to quality design and the utmost in service. Ongoing projects with repeat clients have established our firm's reputation for high caliber professionalism. Our creative and flexible staff demonstrates great personal interest in responding to each project's specific demands. Every request is handled as a priority item. When the firm was founded, a conscious decision was made to concentrate the practice on the interior design phase of architecture for two basic reasons. We enjoyed the more intimate scale of interior design and the personal relationships that develop between our office and the client throughout an interiors project. Secondly, we sought the gratification of being able to work with and finally observe end users utilizing a space that was jointly conceived and planned by client and designer.

Fee Structures

Metzger/ Metzger will diligently and astutely perform all architectural and interior design services required to complete a project that will meet or exceed all of the client's objectives. In fact, we typically go beyond what a client expects when he selects a design firm. Our total involvement from conception of a project through post move-in inspections and analysis is what precipitates a vital and successful project. We offer an initial consultation at no charge, to introduce ourselves and the architectural process and discuss your needs and wants. We will then prepare a preliminary budget estimate for the entire project. We typically charge an hourly fee, with a "not to exceed" amount or a fixed fee. Metzger/ Metzger is open to accepting jobs in all budget ranges. We look forward to working with you.
