Services Offered
Interior decoration Addressing all of the surfaces in your space: creating a color and materials scheme, window treatments, fabrics, furniture, light fixtures, paint color(s), flooring, artwork and accessories. Additionally, I might suggest upgrades to your power, data wiring or the water supply to a room as needed. An interior designer helps it all come together easily. Space planning Do you have a great space but have no idea what to do with it? Do you want to keep your existing furniture but need a solution for how to arrange it? I will provide several floor plan options that make the most of your space. Remodeling and re-design of current spaces Want to start from scratch? I can help. From selecting new mouldings and paint colors, to choosing new light fixtures, or new tiles for your bathroom; save time and money by doing it right the first time. With my experience and the right contractors you will be able to sleep at night knowing your made the right choice. Custom furniture Having trouble finding the right sofa? Custom furniture can be a great option for higher quality upholstery at similar price points. You select the style and fabric, I design the exact size and proportions. You will be you sitting in style for years to come. (Best of all, no one in town will have the same sofa). Renderings Creation of 3D modeled renderings to exhibit the design intent. Construction and Design Administration Supervising the work of contractors to ensure conformity with design intent, and coordinating work with outside consultants such as an Architect, Structural/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer, Lighting Designer, Kitchen Consultant, Sound Engineer, etc. Color consultation I will lend a professional eye to help you avoid unnecessary mistakes and achieve the exact look you were hoping for.

Fee Structures
Full-service interior design work is billed at an hourly rate. Includes design development and the work thereafter to coordinate; including: arranging for deliveries of furniture to the space or to off-site storage facility; installation of flooring; art hanging; construction and design administration; and the coordination of moving/ cleaning services and final room styling. For smaller projects, a packaged fee per room is offered. Fee is based on client needs and goals, as well as the size of the space. Budget Service Packages: Collaborative Assistance Package minimum is $750 I will come and view your home, or office space to evaluate what it says about you. Then, you tell me your vision for the space you’d like to have. I will make recommendations about what to keep or toss, and create a new floor plan. Then I will create a new furniture and accessories plan, and give you the information you need to purchase those items. You take it from there to accomplish your stylist goals without making a significant investment. Instant Gratification Having trouble choosing between your options for a bath vanity? Or which paint color best coordinates with the cabinetry and flooring in your kitchen? I can make an appointment to consult with you for this week or weekend. Appointments are scheduled in 60 minute increments and billed at a flat fee of $200 for residences within 10 miles of my Studio. Residences located more than 10 miles of my Studio are billed at an additional $10 per mile.
