Contemporary Kitchen in Historic 1890's Townhome

This award-winning kitchen was completely gutted. Custom maple cabinets with tinted glass inserts, dark blue concrete countertops, a starfire glass breakfst bar, low-voltage blue lighting, oak flooring and contemporary artwork were brought together to create a kitchen that fits the owners' sophisticated style. / Contemporary Kitchen in Historic 1890's Townhome

We designed the space, selected the materials, customized the vanities and dressed the room with fabics and accessories to bring it to this dramatic sanctuary. / Manor Master Bath

Great Room - The first room viewed from the entry. Overlooking the golf course and polo grounds, this functional wall unit with decorative up/down lighting wrapped around the angled passageway to the kitchen and family room. White Japanese ash wood veneer, with edged, honed travertine that matched the floor stones, this piece was pillared by pilasters over 23' tall, using rolled gold aluminum to eliminate unsightly seams, and avoid dangerous breakage from standard glass mirror sheets. My clients desired a beautiful formal living room. The addition of a fireplace was exactly what this space needed. We purchased a custom area rug and custom designer artwork to tie in the color scheme. All furnishings and accessories were purchased to make this transitional living room timeless and elegant.
