We designed an addition to match the existing Spanish style of the home. The stucco fireplace was built as a focal point and to reflect the architecture. In keeping with the Spanish character, we found warm furnishings made of natural materials and chose rough hewn wood flooring and some wrought iron pieces. To accent and compliment the rougher pieces, we added two modern and sleek Barcelona chairs. / Living room in a new addition
Our concerns in designing an addition is always to make it fit in with the rest of the home - both inside and out. The stamped and stained concrete reflects colors in the house. The archways are an element that is repeated throughout the original home and the stucco pattern and exterior colors were deigned to blend in with this 85 year old home. / Addition and pool in Spanish style
This wonderfully detailed kitchen uses traditional colors, woods and both natural and polished stone. The rustic hammered copper range hood is used to offset and accent the rest of the space and becomes a focal point. / Traditional kitchen
Detailed space planning was used in this large living room to create several unique conversation areas. The sofa backs were kept low to allow a clear vista across the entire space and the use of colors, fabrics and textures tie the entire room together. / Traditional living room
