Every decision during the design for the remodel and for the furnishings of this home were made with Sustainable Design & Green Building considerations.

The combination of beautiful weathered finishes with the texture of silk & Venician plaster walls bring the Clients' Wabi-Sabi aesthetic to the design & remodel of their home.

Re-faced perimeter cabinets, a new island & countertops, and new appliances, fixtures and flooring update this kitchen.

A new kitchen was just part of this Green remodel of a 1928 bungalow.

Architectural glass, FSC certified hardwoods, cork flooring, and 'day-lighting' are but a few of the Sustainable Design elements in this Green remodel.

Elegant and spacious this breakfast room provides views of the back yard and beyond. Old and new elements make up this comfortable space / Breakfast Room

Sophistication and elegance abound in this dining room. Custom designed paneling covers most of the wall. Fabrics are historical pattern, furniture a combination of antique chairs and newer table. / A peek into the Dining Room

Walls were taken down to widen and expand this high end kitchen making it perfect for small family meals or large scale entertaining. / Open Kitchen for entertaining

This Family Room has two specific areas of seating. One to enjoy the view of the backyard and one to gather and watch TV. It has a custom wool rug made to fit the angles of the room. The furniture has slip covers so that they can be cleaned over time. Its a warm environment for family entertainment. / Family Room

Dining Room

A library with whimsey. A lover of Art. A man whose work needs, needed a little fresh air. He has a leather desk and chair. The sofa was done in three fabrics to give him the flexability to actually use it and not show wear. The bookcases were made for maximum storage and still not give a heavy feel. The wool custom rug is tone on tone pattern. / Home Office

Foyer

This formal Library is both an entertainment area and a music room. Filled with hidden speakers, its a music lovers dream. The windows are light and airy yet have a presence in the room. / Library
