Before
This is an example of a sustainable and green design. We designed this room for under $500.00. / Before
After
Our client wanted a warmer feeling to the space and their color preference was blue and earth tones. They wanted elegant and traditional bedding. The client could not afford new draperies and they had another small window covered by the dresser. The draperies they had were over-sized for the window, so we had them dry cleaned without toxins and took two panels off for the additional window. We lowered the draperies and added a valance. The paint we selected was low VOC and our client did the painting. Our client also wanted to incorporate Feng Shui, so we edited wall pictures and added five Feng Shui cures. / After
BEFORE
This is a great example of sustainable and green design. These clients are newly-weds which had a $3000.00 budget. / BEFORE
AFTER
Our clients wanted a tranquil atmosphere in their master bedroom. He liked blue and she liked green, so we came up with this soft teal color scheme. Their mattress was 12 years old and because of allergies they decided to purchase a CHEMICAL FREE mattress, which would propel dust mites. We explained how to make a headboard and selected the material for it. Next we had them paint all their bedroom furniture the same color as the brown wall and matched all the hardware. We changed the furniture placement, creating a dressing area and sleep area. / AFTER

Creative Contemplation
Keep this look transitional with clean lines and distinctive artwork. Always begin your project with an inspirational piece, then fill in the details. My inspiration for this vignette was the Asian pillows accompanied by the Afghani rug. The hint of greens, browns and taupes in the rug harmonize with the fringe in the pillows, almost designed hand-in-hand. / Creative Contemplation

Lowcountry Retreat
The driftwood bed is the main focus of this low country display. The blues and browns in the fabrics and rug compliment the natural tones of the wood, and the low country landscape reiterates the emphasis on elegant simplicity. The bed stands as a piece of art and the rest of the design falls right into place. / Lowcountry Retreat
