This custom home was a labor of love with no detail left unattended. The distinctive foyer features an antique limestone floor and an artists's original mural using a plaster and paint technique above the custom wainscoting.
During the two year construction process, much time was spent "hunting" for antique and vintage pieces that were refurbished, repurposed and used throughout the house. This enabled Robin to establish a high end, old world feel, giving the client the grand country home of their dreams. / Westchester, NY
This modern renovation combined two upper east side postwar apartments to create one unified five bedroom luxury, city home.
Hailing from California, this family, was looking for a comfortable Manhattan base that would add an urban twist to their lives while maintaining the hip and laid back feel of their home state.
With three teenagers in the home, comfort was paramount in designing the space. Robin worked to incorporate a warm vibe while maintaining an offhanded modern décor.

Two apartments became one large family home in this Central Park beauty with magnificent views of the park. this second time client typically had a traditional aesthetic, but here Robin expanded their horizons into a cleaner, more transitional version of their conventional style.
The challenge was to make this apartment fell cohesive, joining old with new while creating a contemporary layout with a traditional feel. In collaboration with the architect, Robin spearheaded the renovation, including the interior architectural detailing and millwork, space planning, custom finishes and furnishings throughout. / 230 Central Park West, New York, NY
Every aspect of this project, from the renovation through the decorating, was custom designed. This included new moldings, doors, and trip, a kitchen by Siematic, and furnishings throughout.

This common area is shared play space for two young children a boy and girl. The architecture of the space inspired my design, the protruding ships hull shape from the roof line, this inspired me to create an underwater theme for the children's space. I had artists paint dolphin's swimming on the ceiling, fish and sea turtles all over and an enchanting mermaid greeting the little girl as she walked in her room. / 2004 ASID Showcase Home Children's Common Area
