Currently looking for a design position to start a career in the field I fell in love with growing up. I grew up with carpentry, remodels, construction, drafting and design in my blood. I always knew I'd end up in the design field and I'm interested in the complete process of design, from the idea, and vision that starts the design to the drawings, construction, move in of furniture to the finished product of a clients dreams finally a reality. I have great passion for both commercial and residential design, in creating spaces that are unique to the client yet are more efficient to utilize. Through my education I focused on designing various large multi floor commercial projects such as California Bank & Trust VP and staffing office space, Harbor House Youth Shelter, and Sacramento State Library Renovation. Some of the commercial projects had residential aspects to them such as a Condo Building for Cubist West Mixed Use Project. I enjoy incorporating as many environmentally friendly and reclaimed furniture, materials, and finishes into projects. I graduated from Sacramento State with a Bachelors in Interior Design with a concentration in Interior Architecture. I also obtained an Associates in Liberal Arts and a Certificate in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from West Valley Community College in Saratoga, California.
