Pat Valentine Ziv is a professional member of ASID and ASFD (American Society of Furniture Designers)an NCIDQ-certified interior designer and a former president of the NJ Chapter of ASID. Her degree in Architecture gives her a fundamental knowledge of the building and its systems. PVZ Design, LLC specializes in commercial interiors, as well as residential renovations. The firm was established in 1983 on Long Island; in 1990, the company moved to northern New Jersey and to Seattle, Washington in 2006. Services Offered

Our Design Process begins with a thorough interview between client and designer to understand fully their desires and needs. An overall concept is then presented for approval. The Design Service assists you to achieve the function, comfort, and atmosphere desired in a space. Implementation then includes the letting of orders, coordination of deliveries and/or installation and project management.. Feasibility studies are also performed and are most beneficial in the search for the correct space or home. Furniture design is Pat’s signature specialty. Ranging from stand alone pieces to built-in units always functional and catering to the technology in the home or office. Her furniture is affectionately trademarked as “ZIVI.”

Fee Structures

The Design Process can be a very pleasant one when expectations from all sides are openly set forth prior to beginning a project. The Design Fee is project specific. This typically may include a design fee and/or an hourly for the design phase. The implimentation fees include an hourly rate as well as a processing charge which is a percentage of the net cost of purchases. Independent consultations are available at $250.00 per hour.
