I have been practicing design work for more than 30 years with the last 16 as the owner of Cornucopia Designs. I am a trained, licensed and insured full service designer. I take continuing education units on a regular basis. I have been published in design magazines and design books. I have been blessed with natural talent given by God and have enhanced it with education,training and experience. I have served on the State Board of Directors of the Georgia Chapter of ASID and have been awarded six Presidential Citations for my work to further the profession of Interior Design.

Services Offered

My design philosophy is to help you make your home or office a place to which you can't wait to return and bring your friends. My goal is to help you achieve the look that you envision while working with your existing furnishings and accessories or bringing in the pieces needed to complete the space. We handle all aspects of remodeling or work with your builder on new construction. We are able to supply anything that is needed to complete your project and bring the fabrics, designs, furniture styles, accessories, tile, flooring, paint, etc. samples to your home in order that you may see all components together. I always work within your budget and the agreed upon timeframe. My goal would be to guide you through the design process, helping to keep you from making mistakes while you choose things that you and your family will love for years to come. We also do turnkey operations if you don't want to be involved in the minor details. The finished product will be one in which you feel at home and are proud to show off and not only what "the designer picked" but reflect your style and wishes as well.

Fee Structures

Our fee stucture is based upon the scope of the project. No project is too small or too large. I will consult on an hourly basis if you are trying to decide what needs to be done or if you need help making choices with projects you can do on your own with your existing space. If we decide to do a defined scope of work (for instance, blinds, window treatments, faux painting, furniture, accessories, flooring, etc.) I will quote the job and present a contract with all components involved. If it is a long-term project without a strictly defined scope, I will work on a retainer. Some projects may be hourly, contract and cost-plus depending on what is to be done. I will always discuss the options and you will go into a project knowing exactly what to expect. I will work within your budget and guide you throgh the process even if that means doing the work in increments as your budget allows.
