Riitta Ylonen, ASID, NCIDQ, and certified Feng Shui consultant, is a Fl. state licensed interior designer. She received a degree in interior design technology in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Riitta passed the NCIDQ test and is a professional member of American Society of Interior Designers. Prior to opening her own company, Riitta worked for architects, builders and interior design firms. Riitta's work has been published in Central Florida's magazine "Spaces, Space Coast Living, and Florida Today"on several occasions.

Finn Design, Inc. is a full service interior design and custom cabinetry firm offering services from space planning stage to completion of the project. Finn Design, Inc. was founded in 1994 by two Finnish immigrants, who today combine their skills in all aspects of interior design and custom cabinetry making into well-functioning and custom made spaces. Each design project is individual and tailored for our clients' needs and preferences. We believe that our clients' surroundings should be safe, functional, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and reflect who they are. Therefore, you won't see the same color scheme, furnishings, cabinetry, window treatments, accessories and art at your neighbor's home or place of business. We work with all areas of the home, office or other establishment, providing personalized services from concept to completion to suit to your life style.

Fee Structures

Usually there is no charge for initial meeting. A retainer fee, based on hourly fee and minimum estimated time to be spent on the design phase,is required to start a project. Burchases thru a designer will be charged at designer net plus percentage. Projects such as individual rooms or spaces with reasonable budgets are welcomed.
