Fee Structures

We offer a one hour complementry meeting at IMS to get to know each other. After the initial house call where we will discuss in full detail your project needs, a retainer fee will be collected for concept development and floor planning services. The retainer fee will be applied toward the Designers time to research and plan for your home. Hourly fees are charged for house calls, paint consultation, construction detailing, plans & concept drawings, tile & fixture selection, and time spent researching products to be purchased directly through our studio or through other specified resources.
