Fee Structures

Sara Hopkins Interiors offers a permanent team of two on each project, charging $150 - $175 per hour, depending on the complexity and project timeline. Our initial consultation is free of charge, after which a contract will be drawn up. Initially, a retainer is collected to start the project which covers a portion of the hours required for the project and replenished when depleted. No mileage or time is charged for the travel from the office to the project location. However, mileage, parking & tolls are additional. Some expenses such as, shipping or long-distance calls or travel per a client's request are extra. Competitive discounts are offered ranging from 10-40% off retail. Our design team is available to our cliens 7 days a week.
