Sharon McCormick, allied, ASID, is a national spokesperson for the American Society of Interior Designers. Her award winning work has been published in national and international magazines, newspapers and books. Books featuring Sharon McCormick Design’s work include "Ava Living 2012, The Best Western Interior Design" "Spectacular Homes of New England" "Bathroom Ideas That Work: Creative Design Solutions" and "The Business of Faux." Sharon has participated in seven showhouses, and is a former member of the design team for NBC's Boston News Affiliate for the recurring "Room for Improvement" segments. Sharon left her successful career as a CPA in 1999 for the world of interior design. She formed Sharon McCormick Design, LLC upon graduating from Paier College of Art in 2002, where she won the Outstanding Achievement in Design Award for her graduating class. She also has a B.A. in psychology from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Western New England College. In 2010, Sharon was voted "Greater Hartford's Best Interior Designer" by the readers of Hartford Magazine.
