I am a Certified Interior Designer with over thirty years experience in Interior Design, Decoration and Space Planning of residential, commercial, retail and professional spaces. My direct affiliation with The Pavese Group, PA allows me to offer a full range of architectural services when desired. My essential approach to every project involves first determining the needs and desires of the client and then providing a well designed environment that will not only fulfill functional requirements, but also provide a comfortable and inspiring aesthetic. Though this approach is universally applied, each finished design is unique with its success dependent upon the interpretation of the client’s wishes. To this end, I feel that the most important process within any design project is the exchange of ideas between the client and myself, the design professional. I have designed many complete spatial environments including space planning, lighting, finishes, furniture (both free-standing and custom built-ins) and accessories. Less comprehensive services are also available and can be tailored to the specific needs of a client and their project through hourly consultation or a partial scope of services agreement. The style applied to a project is a direct reflection of the client’s taste and I have found through experience that any style, from traditional to modern and everything in between, when applied with skill and creativity will yield a satisfying result. In conclusion, I believe a successful design is the result of a partnership, a respectful “give and take” between the designer and the end users, which may include a client’s family, customers, patients or anyone that will ultimately experience the designed space.
