About

I started my career with a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. After 15 years in new home sales and design I found myself often feeling frustrated with new homes designed for visual impact with little thought given to the way one might want to use their home on a day to day basis. It was at this point in my life that I decided to go back to school and earn a degree in Interior Design. Through the years, I have worked with many different clients with individual lifestyles; young growing families, singles building their first home and empty nesters downsizing. Through these experiences, I have learned that either working with a client on a new construction project or an existing home, as we experience out lives and grow our needs are constantly changing. When our home environments are well thought out and planned they can grow and adapt with us beautifully. I am confident that I have the professional experience to take my clients through the many decision that need to be made to make their individual project a success. My greatest inspriation comes from my clients. My greatest job satisfaction comes from seeing clients that are relaxed, comfortable and clearly enjoying the space I've created for them.

Services Offered

We offer complete residential interior design products and services. We work with clients who are building new homes, remodeling their existing homes and clients that simply want to give their homes the finishing touches that make it unique to them and their individual style. We provide clients with: CAD design drawings Cabinetry and millwork design and specification Ceramic tile layout and specification Interior and exterior material and paint color selection Flooring, plumbing fixture, lighting and countertop selection Fabric, color and interior finish selection Furniture placement and specification Finishing touches such as window treatment design, art work and accessories. We find working with clients from the initial planning (blueprint) stage of their projects allows us to gain a fundamental knowledge of their individual likes and dislikes and that knowledge leads us to the best possible outcome; a home that is both aesthetically pleasing to behold and one that also functions on the highest level for the people who live there on a daily basis.

Fee Structures

We offer a complimentary one hour consultation which we consider a time for you to interview us as well as a time for us to learn more about you and your individual project. We charge for design time on an hourly basis or a square footage basis depending on the scope of the project. After our complimentary consultation, we are able to estimate the cost/number of hours we think will be required to complete your project. If you decide to go forward with our services we will provide you with a design agreement listing in detail the services we will provide for you on a custom basis. A design time tracking log is kept so clients can see how their design time is used. By working directly with our established vendors and suppliers not only are we able to offer you products and services that create a custom designed look, we are also able to offer competitive pricing and the best possible overall value.
