Services Offered
Since 1990, the award winning firm of DESIGN PERSPECTIVES has been in the Restaurant Design business developing and working with successful food service concepts. We combine creativity with a working knowledge of construction and food service operations to produce spaces that are timeless and operationally sound. We understand the unique design requirements of the restaurant industry, from appropriate flow patterns and ambiance lighting to material finishes and fixtures, furniture, & equipment specifications. In addition, we have many years of experience in implementing and interpreting Environmental Health Guidelines, HACCP food safety procedures, and Building Department regulations including ADA Accessibility Codes. And, with our continuously updated library of sourcing materials and Computer Aided Drafting (C.A.D.) programs, DESIGN PERSPECTIVES is on the cutting edge, saving our client's time, money, and allowing their project to run smoothly. Whether it is updating an existing food service establishment, remodeling or building a new facility, DESIGN PERSPECTIVES approaches each project from the perspective of how the space can best be used to meet the needs of our client's operational, menu, and aesthetic requirements. From start to finish, your project is carefully controlled to meet your budget and accomplish your goals. If required, we can oversee one or every aspect of your project, including Food Service Consulting, Concept Analysis, Space Planning, Schematic & Design Development, Budget Requirements, Renderings, Color Boards, Models & Other Presentation Material, Construction Documents, Specifications, Purchasing, Delivery & Installation of Furniture, Furnishings & Equipment, Concept Coordination Pertaining To Logo, Menu Design, Uniform Design & Signage, Construction Management, and Environmental & HACCP Food Safety Standards.
