Services Offered
T. Lamarr Interiors specializes in Highly Custom Residential Interior Design from inception of the project. Special attention is paid to floor plans, interior finishes, custom millwork, custom carpeting and rugs, flooring patterns, faux finish concepts, lighting plans and fixture selection, and coordination of exterior finishes to create a cohesive design for the home. It is this attention to every detail that keeps our clients coming back to us for all their projects!

Fee Structures
T. Lamarr works on a design fee basis for the interior concept. This fee varies depending on the scope of the project, the square footage and the level of design detail that the client desires. In addition we often charge a separate project coordination fee for the extensive meetings with architects, other design professionals and subcontractors and for the project supervision required for the size of our projects. Though we do sometimes work a room at a time, most T. Lamarr projects are new construction or renovations that range in size from 2500 square feet to over 10,000 square feet and our project interiors budgets typically range from $10,000 up to well over $500,000.
